Simple single infusion mash for use with most modern well modified grains (about 95% of the time). Set up for BIAB brewing with 1.75 qt/lb water addition and batch sparging using water heated to 170 F. Single batch sparge is used and additional water needed for boil is added as a rinse over the raised grains in a colander.
